Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns.

We hope that you like the items you ordered from us. If you don't quite like something, you have 14 days to return it.

A refund will be issued within 14 days of our warehouse receiving your returned items using the same method you used to pay. We ask that you return the items unused, securely packaged, and with all labels and original packaging. Of course, all defective items can be returned.

This is how the return process works.

Log in to our returns portal (link) with your order number (provided on each order confirmation) and your email address and provide a reason for the return.

Note: Please enclose the appropriate return bill with your shipment.

Once your return is registered on the portal, select one of the following options for the return.

Once we have processed the return, you will receive an email confirmation. A refund will then be issued within two weeks of the return. Please be sure to keep the receipt of the return!
